Aymana Moon

It is not just a painting, it is a real-life story

Amana series

Vera DG presented 3 newest artworks during the Exhibition at the Aisha Alabbar Art Gallery.

The name of each is Aymana, which means Moon. Because she has a round shape face like a moon.

The girl on the picture has a real prototype. She was born in Kazahstan, that’s why she depicted as an Asian type of face in the painting.

She was born without a hand, and her parents abandoned her. She grew up with the help of her grandmother.

Aymana Cyber Girl, 2019

That girl got a trauma because parents didn’t want her and she was different from the other kids and needed all the time to use a prosthesis.

She found a strength inside of her, she taught how to underline her uniqueness and became a famous fashion model in Istanbul.

Aymana Moon, 2019

Vera DG met her in July 2019 and got a huge inspiration for the personality of this young woman. Behind the pretty face of Aymana, the artist felt there is a private tragedy, fears, disasters, dreams, and hopes for a better future, also as fight with her past and herself. Cyber Girl is a half-robot and half-bio creature.

That robot part as a black hand is underlining the fact that human beings are alive creatures with their emotions, hopes, and experiences.

Aymana Night Dream, 2019

We are dreaming about the future of humanity, about a cyborg, robots and cosmo people.

Behind us, nowadays there are a lot of people who are half cyborg, and Aymana inspires them a lot to trust themself, and open talents to show the world beautiful personality.

These pictures are about strong personality, uniqueness and believe in yourself.

“You think of yourself

as a citizen of the universe.

You think you belong

to this world of dust and matter.

Out of this dust

you have created a personal image,

and have forgotten

about the essence of your true origin”

Rumi, Hush, Don’t Say Anything to God: Passionate Poems of Rumi

These paintings are currently on display in Dubai until March 15, 2020

Hold Strong Ukraine!

The most important thing for Ukrainians is freedom. Ukrainians are ready to fight to the end for their freedom, land, family and children.

This collection opens with a series of works by Vira DG, which the artist created in collaboration with Maria Kostina in 2014 after the russian invasion of Ukraine and the annexation of Crimea. In a symbolic form, using body painting and graffiti, the artists embodied patriotic feelings and portrayed Ukraine as a gentle but strong-willed girl and the invaders as a snake in glasses hiding behind false masks.

Vira is an artist from Ukraine from the city of Kharkiv. Like many Ukrainians, she woke up at 5 am on February 24th, 2022 from explosions that happened 1 km away from her house, when the russians bombed air defense stations. She had little time to collect things, documents, relatives, and children and fled the country.
This was the right decision since the city where she lived from the first day of the war was desperately bombed and burned in battles.
From her shelter, the artist could help many people who remained in Kharkiv to defend their homeland with financial assistance, and also those people who fled the country and were seeking help.

100 % proceeds from NFT sales will go towards humanitarian causes and local assistance requests. Every day we receive a huge number of requests for help, NFT sales from this collection will help people who have fled and need medical help, and people who are left behind to defend the country.

Permission to mint artworks as NFT obtained from model and collaborator of this collection Maria Kostina, March 2022

VRtober immersive art in October

October of 2021 I dedicated myself to immersive art and will create everyday VR short stories to promote that evolving type of art on NFT and make it affordable to collect!

1st of October I start with Crystal Skull.

The second day of VRtober is with the topic “Metaverse Suit”.

Metaverse is a new reality that is developing so rapidly and fast and just in few years, we all will be living as avatars in a new reality. How will look your avatar, which way you will explore Metaverse, and who will be your friends/partners in there? Artist is trying to find answers to those questions using VR immersive tools to create short storytelling about the future and Metaverse!

The buyer of NFT will receive his/her personal avatar as an airdrop to the wallet.
Details are on Open sea:

The third day of VRtober is with the topic “Buddha’s Vessel”.

Inspired by an authentic concert, I saw a vision that I embodied in VR NFT. Buddha is in the silence of the evening garden, the mysterious fog is everywhere and the sounds of a handpan. He holds something in his hand, this is a vessel with fire inside.

Always keep your inner fire burning!

4 day of #VRtober2021 with the topic “Knot”

I went to a body therapist and he said: “You always do what is allowed to do in society, but never what you really want”. It was easy for him to read it because we hide our emotions in the body.

-Oh, yeah, I wanna be a BAD GIRL! I take my time, I want too but I’m shy.

Music: ES_I’ll Never Stop – Sebastian Forslund Commercial license: Epidemicsound

The best way to feel freedom and happiness is to allow yourself to do what you really want to!

5 day of #VRtober2021 with the topic “RAVEN”

This is an epic ballad about the short life of a brave warrior. I’m opening new challenges diving deeply into an immersive experience and creating short stories in VR! I’m really proud of that work!

6 day of #VRtober2021 with the topic “Reef”

Reef in China Town is my VR derivative to Reef#13 from famous collection @Cryptosaviors

Strong women are saving the Metaverse and Reef who is a typical Type-A ultra-overachiever, who sets herself impossible challenges and then beats them, is cleaning the Metacity from ugly snake runner.

I dedicate this story to all beautiful, strong, and talented women in the NFT space!

Music: ES_Wombat – Valante/ Commercial license: Epidemicsound

7 day of #VRtober2021 with the topic “Immortal”

Humanity dreams of living forever in a serene and endless universe.

Our life is imperfectly perfect. Vast. Tremendous. Comprehensive.

Where we are participants in divinity’s nature.

Music: ES_Vast – Wave Saver/ Commercial license: Epidemicsound

8 day of #VRtober2021 with the topic “Immortal”

8 day of VRtober2021 with the topic “Spiritual Journey”. The love between two people can be an amazing spiritual journey.

The immersion in the senses & exchange of energy makes this spiritual journey unforgettable.

Calligraffiti Planet – AR Sculpture by Vera DG NFT

Calligraffiti Planet Augmented Reality Sculpture

Celebrating the highest dreams of mankind to go through space to the stars, Vera DG creates her Augmented Reality Sculpture “Calligraffiti Planet”.

This sculpture is dedicated to the dreams of mankind about comprehending the mysterious worlds and planets of the Universe, and to the personality of  Yuri Gagarin who made those dreams come true.

Yuri Gagarin was the first person on the Planet to fly in space on April 12, 1961. This year 2021 we celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the first flight to space made by humans.

Vera DG minted her unique art in AR on NFT in 3/3 versions. The first one 1/3 Genesis includes AR Sculpture +3D GLTF for Metaverse.

The MUSE – Dancing Goddess. A Physical NFT with AR

The MUSE – Dancing Goddess. 2020
A Physical NFT

Calligraffiti, figurative painting, by Vera DG
W150xH180 cm (59″x 70″), Italian canvas, mixed media (acrylic, graffiti markers, gold leaf 23K), Augmented Reality (AR)

Over the past year, Vera DG has been working on augmented and virtual reality projects, combining traditional art forms such as painting and digital art in AR. Vera is the creator of the world’s first augmented reality calligraphic sculpture “Born by Calligraphy” in 2019. She works with the technique of augmented reality, creating sculptures and installations.

“The Muse – Dancing Goddess” is a work of art, born during the quarantine, which brings together 20 years of artist’s professional experience and her innovative developments.

“My mission is to inspire people, and I find great inspiration in creating augmented reality. Always surprising manifestation of the fact that people do not see AR art with their own eyes until you turn on the phone, but that art is always invisibly somewhere in digital space among them “, – says the Artist.

In this painting, the artist raises the issue of women in art. This is a dialogue about openness and closeness.

The heroine looks like a marionette, her hands and feet were bound by invisible ropes, and at the same time, she looks like a Dancing Goddess. The position of her body speaks of maximum openness to the world. When all the chakra centers of a woman are open, she gives the world wonderful energy and inspiration.

Near the right hand, the word “LOVE” is written in calligraphy, as the highest value in the Universe.

In Augmented Reality, we see the energy of abundance, beauty, and fullness flowing from the Goddess’s arms as golden balls.

Music for that physical NFT exclusively made by DJ, Sound Designer, and Music Producer Daniel Merlino (LA, Long Beach).

The person who will buy that NFT will own a physical Art, for the request it will be shipped at the cost of the new owner. The artwork has a Certificate of Authenticity, signed by the Artist, and a QR code to the Non-Fungible token. For collectors we have a storage service if a new owner doesn’t want to ship physical painting, we keep it in a good condition.

In unlockable content, the collector will receive an augmented reality QR code to interact with the painting.

AR Sun Calligraffiti

AR sculpture in the style of Calligraffiti is created in the form of a calligraphic circle, similar to the continuous movement of the sun, wind, energy, it symbolically consists of 1986 elements. Each element is an element of Iranian calligraphy, which means the word LOVE.

It brings Energy of Healing, Love, and Meditation.

I’ve got an inspiration to create this AR sculpture during the Artist Residency Artefact – Chornobyl -Matadac (Ukraine-Spain).

We studied the power of nuclear energy and the danger related to this to mankind.
In nature, nuclear energy is released in the stars, and man is used mainly in nuclear weapons and, in particular, in nuclear power plants. Science knows one nuclear reactor of natural origin on our planet. It is located in the Oklo uranium deposit in Gabon. However, it has already cooled a billion and a half years ago.

This project is about the power and beauty of universal energies, we simultaneously feel that irresponsible flirtation with the forces of nature can be dangerously destructive.

People have learned to use the nuclear energy of uranium to generate electricity and it has straight relation with blockchain.

Nuclear power plants are by far the safest source of energy and electricity provided that you know how to properly manage them.

One of the biggest tragedies on the planet happened at the Chernobyl Power Plant in 1986 which is on the territory of Ukraine. It has been affected millions of people from Japan to Australia, Canada and the United States.

The most affected are the Territories of Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, and European countries.

My Project AR Sun CAlligraffiti dedicated to the memory of the millions affected by the Chernobyl tragedy.
This project is like a reminder – Nuclear energy is powerful and beautiful but to play with it can be dangerous.

NFT assigned to this AR artwork provided by artist Vera DG to prove ownership to future collectors as well as the transparent provenance and history of the artwork.

When scientists discovered these inscriptions on the territory of Mongolia at the end of the 19th century, they thought that it was runes.
